Please reach out with any questions about our refund policy.

–WEATHER CANCELLATION: Rain or shine, we’ll be at the farm! The weather at the farm is much different from what the weather app will typically say for our area. While the weather app may claim it is rainy, it is oftentimes quite beautiful and clear at the farm! However, in the event of a truly rainy day, we believe that it adds to the “Scottish Experience”, and can make for some pretty amazing and unbelievable memories! You are more than welcome to bring umbrellas and ponchos/rain jackets if you believe it will be rainy. In cases of extreme weather (lightning), we will reschedule your event times upon our discretion. Please keep an eye on our social media for updates, and if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

–PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY: We do not allow professional photography at a cow cuddle. This includes photography for commercial resale of images. We want everyone to be able to live in the moment and enjoy a nice, relaxing time with nature. Cameras for personal use are allowed, but please no props/outfit changes! If you’d like to schedule a professional photo shoot with our photographer, or your own, please contact us for more information. SELLING OF PRINTS IS PROHIBITED WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION.

–CONTACT US: The best way to contact us at this time is through our Social Media platforms—Facebook (Utah Cow Cuddle) or Instagram (@utahcowcuddle). If you need to reach us by phone, please call or text 801-857-7550. This is a personal cell, so if we don’t answer right away, we will get back to you as soon as we can! To reach us via email, please send your correspondence to info@foldoflibertyfarms.com.

–PLEASE LIMIT YOUR STAY to 30 minutes to allow everyone to have equal opportunity to love the cows! If you decide while you are there that 30 minutes just isn’t enough time to cuddle the cows, you may be able to purchase additional time based on availability. If you already know you’d like to book more time before the event, you can hop onto the booking site and purchase your extra time slot with the purchase of your original ticket!

–Please try to ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY so you can complete the liability waiver and receive safety instruction before the event begins. We don’t want you to stress, so your 30 minute time allotment will begin after your safety training and once you enter the field.

–GRACE PERIOD: We have a general 15 minute grace period for all cuddles. If you miss your time by more than 15 minutes your session may be cut short, if you are 30 minutes late you may not be allowed entry. Please reach out to us with questions or concerns!

–CLOSED TOED SHOES ARE REQUIRED for admittance to protect your feet from harm. The cows sometimes do not realize how big they are, and although very unlikely, the event of a cow accidentally stepping on your foot is a possibility! Close toed shoes offer more protection to your feet than any type of open toed shoe. In addition to this potential hazard, we recommend wearing shoes that can get dirty—especially on rainy days. Mud and manure are commonly present.

–MOSQUITO SEASON at the farm is between May and September, so remember to come prepared!

–PARKING & CHECK IN: Park up by the barn in the gravel, remember to park to leave room for plenty of more cars. Head into the big red barn for check in!

At this time, we do not provide a hand washing station. We do provide hand sanitizer and plenty of paper towels should you need to use them.

We have boot scrapers outside the barn to scrub your boots after your visit with the cows.

We unfortunately have flushing toilets at the farm, but do have a HoneyBucket (portable toilet) for your convenience.

Please let us know if you are in need of anything else, and we will do our best to accommodate you!

–FARM STORE/GIFT SHOP: Inside the barn in addition to the check in we have farm products and merchandise for sale. We sell Eggs, Beef, Pork, and Chicken. We also have stuffed animals, toy cows, and other fun merchandise!

–SOCIAL MEDIA: When we post new cuddle dates, we want to let you know! Make sure you’re following our social media pages @Utahcowcuddle! If you post any photos or videos of your time at the farm, please tag us so we can see all of your adorable memories!

Above all, we are so thankful to meet so many amazing, cow-loving people as we host these events. We love having you come join us at our farm and we know the cows will love your visit too! See y’all soon!
